What our clients say:

G. Collier & Sons Ltd

Our company G. Collier & Sons Ltd has used Planet Platforms on a number of occasions both to hire and service our own equipment. They have provided a professional service and responded to our needs in a suitable manner that enables us to meet the demand of our own clients. We recommend Planet Platforms to any company that seeks the similar attention to customer requirement that they have shown us.

Heather Alpha Oil Platform

Planet Platforms have supplied Heather Alpha Oil Platform with a range of products relating to Work At Height, after a visit to the factory in Wakefield we trailed some of these products namely GRP Towers & Vision 360 'Offshore' step ladders.

This initial trial was so successful that we immediately placed further orders and this equipment is now the new standard on Heather Alpha.

We have received positive comments for Innovations & Improvements from a recent HSE visit to Heather regarding Planet Platforms products and I have no doubt these products have helped Heather move on to the next level in relation to Work At Height Controls and 2005 Work At Height Regulations compliance.

The level of service and advice given from Planet Platforms is second to none and I would readily endorse their Products & Service
.

Chiltern Railways

Our experience with Planet platforms

Due to changes in legislation it became necessary for Chiltern Railways to rethink how they accessed bodyside doors, and protected staff when the doors were open during maintenance procedures.

Planet platforms were invited on site to see and understand first hand what the constraints were. During these discussions the rep from PP, listened and took notes from maintenance staff actively doing the task and came up with realistic solutions whilst taking on board our suggestions.
Good communication, ensured that a full understanding of the managements requirements to meet legislation and the Service staffs practical needs, were fully understood. This resulted in drawings being supplied, to illustrate options clearly, and that the item delivered was fit for purpose, within budget and delivered when they said it would be.
To summarise dealing with Planet platforms is a refreshing experience that we wish all suppliers could aspire to.
