February’s employee of the month is Dave Longfield, Fabrication Welder at Planet Platforms. Dave received the most nominations from fellow colleagues at Planet Platforms for making a real difference to the department he works in and was awarded a £50 voucher by Managing Director Pete Pemberton.

Winning employee of the month also makes Dave eligible to win Employee of the Year with the prize incentive of £100. Congratulations!
