Secured for a consecutive 15th year in a row the report has some very positive comments about the organisation, its employees and culture.
The auditor describes “a culture which encourages people to come forward with ideas, make suggestions, be involved in various aspects of the business and thus be able to make contributions”. He goes onto observe “a team approach to business and this is echoed within individual teams and across the company as a whole team”. “There is a significant commitment and investment in both time and resources to people’s learning and development”. Finally he comments “There is a self-evident culture of continuous improvement and this is built in to the day to day ways of working for all staff”.
The management team at Planet thought they were getting it right but to have such a resounding endorsement really champions their hard work.
